Take Care of Your Mental Health

It’s okay to not be okay. I think we’ve all struggled with our mental health at some point in time in our lives. It’s certainly been harder for many after the year we’ve just gone through.

From mentalhealth.gov:  Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

From mayoclinic.org: Mental illness, also called mental health disorders, refers to a wide range of mental health conditions — disorders that affect your mood, thinking and behavior. Examples of mental illness include depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders and addictive behaviors
