Did you form any new habits over the past 11 months or so? Ummm..does eating count? ‘Cause that’s what I did!
Well…a new survey found that the average person tried to form 19 new habits during quarantine, and gave up most, sticking with only abut 4. Sound like you? A new exercise routine, a new hobby, and a new cooking regimen were among the top new habits tried in 2020. A new wake-up time, meditation, and going to bed earlier were the activities tried and given up last year.
Now for me; going to bed earlier & a new wake up time were formed, as I took over the morning show. It was my job to stick to these in my case!
