Final Moon of the Decade, tonight!

It’s the last full moon of 2020, and the last full moon of the decade! If you saw it last night or this morning, it may look full already. It almost is…at 99.5%.
It will actually be at its brightest around 11:30 tonight. Now, if the weather cooperates, you’ll be able to enjoy it once it gets dark!

This moon is also known as the ‘Cold Moon’, or ‘Long Night Moon’. December full moons also go by the names; Strawberry Moon, Honey Moon, and Rose Moon.  Why so many names? Well, it depends on the culture of those who name them.
