Country Songs That Were Passed on By Artists

There are SO many songs that have been passed on by artists and recorded by someone else. This happens much more often than one would think. For example…did you know that the hit “The Thunder Rolls”, written by Garth Brooks and Pat Alger, was actually originally recorded by Tanya Tucker in 1994? Don’t believe it?? Look it up! There is a link on the @AVR facebook page with the song as it was first recorded. For a number of more cases where this happened, CLICK HERE

You will be SURPRISED at many of these!
