A trip to Access Nova Scotia can feel like a trip to get a needle from a doctor. However, I had a great experience yesterday with Kim. I had to renew my license plate and found out that my new SUV never had the proper paperwork completed when I bought it last year. I got nervous and figure the DMV police would soon be handcuffing me and sending me to DMV jail. Kim got me settled and let me know what I had to do to get things completed. She sent me off with a “go to the front of the line” pass for when I returned. When I walked back in with all the proper paperwork, she called me right over and had me fixed up and ready to go in 15 minutes. She had a lot of paperwork to do and joke about it. So…Kudos to Kim at Access Nova Scotia, Kentville this morning.
